Good morning, dear ones.

I’m scheduled to have a stress test this morning in Salem. So things need to run earlier than normal. The whole deal will consume 4-5 hours. I guess I’m scheduled to have a follow-up consultation with the cardiologist next Monday. I think it’s just routine stuff…I don’t really have any concerns.

I hope you have a good day…singing Rev. 4:11.

Love, Dad/Ray.

Passage:Revelation 4
Focus: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power…” Revelation 4:11.

I’m familiar with this verse in chorus form, and it’s a great piece of musical expression, but I’m thinking it would also be another very good verse to paint on my wall—at least be remembered and maintained as an essential anchor point for doing life. I have observed that when this orientation is blurred, everything else kind of deteriorates.

Which operating system do you have in your computer? This computer I’m typing on right now uses Windows 7. But when it comes to setting up your life computer, it would be good advice to install Revelation 4:11 as your operating system. After all, it makes a lot of good sense to install into your computer the operating system that has been designed and prescribed by the Manufacturer of your computer.

Let’s review with some emphasis: “You are worthy (Not you or me.), our Lord (That means Boss!) and God (Sovereign Designer Manufacturer), to receive glory and honor and power (He has it all anyway…but you and I have the privilege to participate.), for you created all things (How many things are ALL THINGS?), and by your will (KJV says “for thy good pleasure.”) they were created and have their being (It’s ALL about Him!).”

“Since we fight for the liberty to worship, should we not make more use of that liberty?”
