Reunion Weekend Schedule

FRIDAY - July 23, 2010
Arrival: (Campers will be arriving and setting up throughout the day and evening)
5:30 - 7:00 PM - Dinner (Traditional picnic style BBQ dinner with hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, chips, etc.
7:00 - 9:30 PM - Around the Campfire (Informal Fellowship, impromptu music and testimonies, along with group singing of old familiar gospel songs with a bluegrass flavor.  Bluegrass musicians, Eric & Barbara West will be back again this year)  
SATURDAY - July 24, 2010
7:30 - 9:30 AM - Breakfast  (pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon prepared on the open fire)
9:30 - 12:00 noon - Open (visit, hike, golf, music rehersals, prepare for potluck lunch)
12:00 - 2:00 PM - Picnic  (time to feast and fellowship)
2:00 PM - Group Photo (We've put this on the schedule because we always forget it!)
2:00 - 4:00 PM - Songfest (group singing, singing groups, instrumentalists, testimonies, stories, & More)
4:00 - 7:00 PM - Open (Visiting, rehersing, and the evening meal)
7:00 - 9:00 PM - Afterglow (extension of the afternoon more music and ministry)   

SUNDAY - July 25, 2010
8:00 - 9:30 AM - Breakfast   (Continental Breakfast)
10:00 - 12:00 Noon - Worship (Worship & Communion)  Alumnus George Johnson of Vancouver, BC will minister in this service.
