I got my very special Christmas Gift today, did you?

Today was the day for the report of my cancer/health checkup for the fourth quarter. Dr. Z. was very excited to give me the report that all five of my stage IV, terminal kidney cancer spots showed NO (0) growth. My blood report came back as very healthy (showing no signs of cancer) with a suggestion from Dr. Z, to come back in four months. Remember, it was almost a year ago (January 6, 2011) that I was told I had stage IV terminal kidney cancer and only six months plus to live. God is truly in control and I thank him for his wondrous hand upon my life.

I had the opportunity to share with Dr. Z., God’s many blessings, including our six weeks, 6000 miles, 12 states, 50th anniversary trip. The look of amazement along with the look of awe of how God has me in the palm of his hand showed on her face. Once again I had the opportunity to take her hands and pray. Asking God to give her an awesome Christmas and a blessed new year (2012) with much wisdom and direction. She gave me a big hug and asked me to give each of you a BIG THANKS for your prayers. I realized also that I received a greater gift from God today for I had the opportunity to share God’s many blessings with my doctor. Please continue to pray for Dr. Z., for health, direction, and wisdom in this coming year of 2012.

Special note about this upcoming election: pray for direction and insight to show you the man that God has to lead this country and help us out of the dilemma that we are now in. If you are willing to ask, He is will to answer your prayers for wisdom and direction.
