Linda received her AA degree from NU in 1971. She lived in the
Seattle area since then and currently lives in Maple Valley. She
was married to Dave Eliason from 1971 to 1987. They have three
children, Erik (Marysville, WA), Christopher (Lake Stevens, WA) and
Heather (Brooklyn, NY). In 1991 Linda married Dave Olson.
Dave has two children. Together the couple have a total of six
grandkids, ages 15 to 7.
Linda worked for the Washington State Department of Transportation for
28 years. The last fourteen years she managed Purchasing,
Telecommunications and Office Services for the Northwest Region.
She retired in 2009 primarily because of the long daily commute from
Maple Valley to Shoreline.
Linda says, "I am a two year breast cancer survivor. God blessed
me all through my treatment and I'm now healthy and happy. I've
attended New Life Church for the past year, first at Renton and now at
their new Maple Valley campus".
