Hi ... I'm sharing my story with you because I really care about you! I desire you to wear a smile of happiness that reflects all is well with you.
FIVE TIMES DOCTORS HAVE TOLD US... "YOU ONLY HAVE A SHORT TIME TO LIVE".
During a successful season in life, I had the world by the tail (so I thought). Then a bomb shell dropped into my world.
- 1981 April : I (Larry) was diagnosed with a malignant spider brain tumor. Only six months to live!
- 1981 September : My wife Juanita was told that she had malignant melanoma and had only a couple of years to live.
- 1984 July : I battled with continual pain in my hips and was diagnosed with major staph infection in my body and hip. After a surgery to remove the staph and my staph-eaten hip, they told me that I had enough staph infection in me to kill me within hours. They also told me that I would never walk again. But, nine months later, with God's help, I received a new artificial hip.
- 1988 Summer : I was told my right kidney was full of cancer. One more time I was told that I had only a couple years to live. Each time, God healed and came to my rescue.
- 2011 January : I was told that I had, "untreatable stage four terminal kidney cancer" in five different locations in my body. At that time I was told that I had six months plus to live.
- 2013 July: I was told that my five tumors were now "many" tumors and were "growing". After looking at the options, we decided to do nothing but what we had been doing for the last number of years: eat green, take care of my body and keep trusting God. I am in the palm of His hand and am putting my life and future in His hands.
Many times we all go through things that make it almost impossible to smile. We live in a world of hurt and pain and our life dreams are often shattered. Life is not very fair for we may be faced with financial problems ... divorce ... death ... addictions ... illness ... single parenting and many other challenges which take a heavy toll on our life.
Today you may be hurting very deeply. This same God that has helped us would love to help you! God not only longs to forgive us, but help us with every challenge we face today. Jesus offers a fresh start and a new life! All God asks of us is that we accept His Son, Jesus, ask Him for forgiveness, and that we love and serve Him. If we stumble, He will pick us up again. He longs to be a part of our lives, saving, forgiving, healing, and restoring.
Please ask Him into your life today.
